We accept returns/exchanges of online products in their original condition with tags attached and no signs of wear or damage within 5 days of receiving your order. Items restricted from returns/exchanges are: René Atelier Bridal gowns and custom evening gowns. All dresses under René the Label are eligible for returns at a 10% restocking fee or exchanges at no additional cost. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of placing an order. 

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees. If products are returned with signs of wear or damage they will not be credited for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their cost. Any dry cleaning fees needed after a customer tries on a dress should the dress be returned with a prominent odor will be deducted in addition to the 10% fee.

International Shipping: 

We do ship internationally using select carriers: USPS, DHL, and UPS. International shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. 

Shipping to Canada: We ship to Canada using: USPS, DHL, and UPS. Shipping time takes 1-3 business days. 

Taxes and Duties:

The customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties that may be imposed by their receiving country.
